Peppers Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Jespers Multigrain Loaf
  • peppers
  • onion
  • hummus
  • olive oil
  • Method

    Slice red, green and yellow peppers, and red onion. Grill on a griddle pan with a drizzle of Olive Oil. Leave to cool. In the meantime grill two slices of Jesper’s wholemeal bread on the pan for a minute on each side. Remove from pan and spread the hummus on the bread and place a layer of the grilled vegetables.
