French Toast

  • 4 slices Jespers white loaf/ or traditional Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 table spoon castar sugar
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla essance
  • 1 tea spoon ground cinnamon
  • knob of butter (for cooking)
  • Method

    Beat eggs in a bowl large enough to fit your slice of bread, add the milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Heat a pan and melt the butter.
    Dip the slices of bread into the mixture and cook on either side till golden brown.

    Serve with any fruit, honey, ice cream or syrup of your liking.
